Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Maison Écurie. If that is not the case, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition.
• All original tags and packaging must still be attached.
• The item must not have been altered or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale or discounted items
• Underwear and swimwear for hygiene reasons
• Personalised or made-to-order items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a confirmation email. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Process

1. Contact us at iluvuno@gmx.de with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send you a return label by email.
3. Pack the item carefully and send it to the address provided.
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at iluvuno@gmx.de with photos of the item. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
